JB2 Investments was founded by brothers Jonathan and Jeffrey. Real estate is in their blood as they grew up in a real estate family. Together, they have two decades of experience investing in all real estate types. Jonathan and Jeff have been involved in 400+ flip projects during that period. A portion of them were multi-family.

During those 10 years, 22 million in profits were created with an average yearly return of 38%.

They have deep knowledge of various markets, with financial analysis, construction, and design. What sets JB2 apart from the others is its ability to take on challenging projects and Value-Add construction while incorporating the latest trends people love. JB2 pursues 70+ unit value-add projects on B properties in emerging B neighborhoods. Specifically in the 3-15 million price range, they have found less competition in a sub-institutional space.

JB2 Invests in higher cash-flow landlord-friendly markets. They currently have five apartment buildings in the Midwest and will continue to buy more.
